Our Personal Leadership System® (PLS) integrates several management disciplines together to create a model that allows people to use them in their personal lives. Starting with life management skills and using strategic management concepts such as SWOT analysis, vision, and mission, the PLS model moves to execution, evaluation, changes, and feedback stages. The model uses a systemic approach where input, processes, outputs and feedback are included. Personal-Leadership-Systems
